We know that your life is busy and you have better things to do than wait 4 hours for your new furniture to arrive. And we know that other furniture stores will charge you based on how many stairs you have getting up to your home. We think these delivery techniques are unreasonable and you shouldn’t have to pay extra for poor customer service.

At the Leather & Wood Furniture Gallery, we make getting your new furniture into your home affordable and efficient. If you choose to have your furniture delivered, we’ll schedule an actual time to deliver it like 12:30PM… not some unknown time between noon and 4:00PM. We want you to enjoy your new furniture, not spend time just waiting around for it!

  • At your request, we can give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving at your home.
  • In the case that something unexpected delays our delivery time and we’ll be more than 20 minutes late, we’ll call you and let you know.
  • Our delivery employees will bring the new furniture to your home blanket wrapped and ready for installation. No piece of furniture will ever be unboxed in your driveway.
  • We inspect your new furniture in our warehouse prior to delivery. We’ll make sure the hardware, mirror supports, drawer glides, etc. are working and ready for use in your home.
  • We’ll bring every piece of furniture into your home and set them up in the room that you request and we won’t charge you any extra for the number of stairs it takes to get there. We do ask that the room is ready for the new piece of furniture. Because we keep a very punctual delivery schedule, we don’t allow for the time required to move current furnishing or rearrange furniture.
  • Once your new furniture has been installed, we’ll remove all of the packaging and trash from your home. We even recycle the cardboard.

Free Furniture Pick Up
