Step One: Furniture Inspection
To the right, is what we call our “Bubble.” Inside the bubble are four bright fluorescent ceiling lights. Fluorescent lights are the next best thing to sunlight when inspecting surfaces for minor imperfections. When, possible, we inspect items in direct sunlight, but this isn’t available all day. So when it comes to checking out the finer details of a piece of furniture, we always inspect in the bubble.
After inspection, items are wrapped and staged for delivery.
Step Two: Staging for Delivery
Here are sofa’s staged for delivery. Their original packing involves bubble wrap and a clear plastic bag. To thoroughly inspect all items, we remove the plastic and bubble wrap. Make sure all legs match and that the lag bolts are present. After everything checks out, we re-wrap the sofas in their clear plastic bags. You will NEVER see Leather and Wood deliver boxed furniture to your home unless it is specifically requested.

Step Three: Load Truck & Deliver
This shot is of the back of our delivery truck. After items are un-boxed, inspected and staged for delivery, we blanket wrap all furniture and then load.
